Memphis: Day One

We had a late flight into Memphis and didn't make it to the hotel until after midnight, so I'm counting the plane ride in day one too. :)  C spent the first flight doing a little coloring and watching a movie.

 Flight #2, which left after 10 pm, was spent doing this.  He was out before the plane even left the runway.

 After getting in bed around 1 am, C slept in a tiny bit (8 am).  We got in a quick workout in the fitness center and then it was off to the zoo.  None of hubby's family was in town yet so it was just our little family.  When we pulled up to the front entrance we realized that we had actually been here once before.  One time we decided to break up the drive home from KS to MS by stopping for a couple hours at the Memphis zoo.

 I didn't remember much from last time because I don't think we stayed that long.  This time we explored for the entire afternoon.

 These monkeys were very entertaining while we were having lunch.
