Last week we got a wonderful surprise in the mail, a gift from lil' peanut's foster mom. She sent these fun magnets from two of the cartoons he used to watch in Korea.
C had fun playing with them too!
She also sent him one of his favorite snacks. He hadn't eaten any in awhile so I wasn't sure if he would still like it. He devoured three packages in one day! He still loves his keem.
She also sent a beautiful hardcover book of Korean folktales. It has beautiful illustrations and is written in both hangul and english. And the best part is the cd that came with it. The folktales are performed in each language!!! So precious! The boys and I listened to the first story together...the piping tiger (the tiger gets a pipe stuck in his rear end and runs around tooting!) C thought it was hilarious! Of course. ;) She also sent a note for us and one just for lil' peanut. Very sweet. I was so happy to learn that she is fostering again! She has a 9 month old little boy AND a 4 month old little girl!!! She said she is busy. I bet!
