Oh, helllo

I have many things to write about.  My big boy's epic first day of kindergarten being one of them.  Epic, not as in, wow can you believe he had such a super, awesome, EPIC day!?!  More like epic as in, um, the opposite.  If nothing else it's gonna make for a great story to tell him when he's all grown up.  In the meantime we are settling back in to life here at home.  After we decided to start C in kindergarten it was a whirlwind!  Now that C is in school for a good chunk of the day ( :*( I am still not past the "I miss him all. the. time. stage) we are working on getting into the groove of our new routines.  I have to admit, the first day after I dropped C off we walked back in to the house and I looked at lil' peanut and thought "Oh, hello there.  Who are you?"  I feel like so much of the past 2 1/2 months has just been about surviving that I have still only scratched the surface of getting to know this little guy.  Looking forward to the chance to grow in relationship with him during this new time we have alone together.  Blogger is being silly and I can't get my words where I want them.  Hopefully that works out soon and I can share the first, of what I'm sure will be many, tales of kindergarten. ;)
