We are HOME! We have been home now for just over 24 hours. My sweet baby is taking a nap right now and C is out and about with Daddy. I will write soon about our homecoming and how everyone is doing, but for now I wanted to get the last of my Korea pictures up.
Taking a bath on our first night together. It went well until I tried washing his hair. I am figuring out now that it's the water in his ears not really the wet hair that he seems to hate. So, I'm working on avoiding that!
My little stud muffin!
1st time in the ergo. Sleepy boy.
The morning after we brought lil' peanut "home" with us we walked to an empty playground. Much better to test the waters there without other kids/adults around. It was really nice for it to just be the three of us. (He had no choice but to play with hubs and I when we were the only ones there) ;)
Oh, I love this boy!
I fell down! Somebody help me. :)
This reminds me so much of C. He used to do the same thing...lay down while pushing his little cars around.
Having some ice cream. His foster mom told us he likes it...yep!
Bath on night #2.
And look what I found! Oh, my sweet, sweet firstborn. My goodness, I can't imagine what all is going on in his little head and heart. Lots of big changes. He is so awesome though! More on him and his adjustment as well next time I have a chance to write.
I have so much love for both my little boys! And for that husband of mine too. I am going to be incredibly sad to see him go back to Kuwait in about a week. I don't want to think about it right now...just want to soak up these first precious days as a family of four.
