The rest of Monday

Although I'm pretty sure from here on out the only pictures my few readers are looking for are those of our lil' peanut, I still thought I'd post the rest of our photos from yesterday.

Here is our hotel here on the military base.  It's very nice, very western.  There is a beautiful outdoor area with a great playground that we might visit if everybody is up to it some time in the next two days.  I do have pictures of the playground but I know it would make C wish he was here, so I'm not posting them.  My mom said the only time since we've been gone that he has said he wished he had come on the trip was when he saw the Minnie Mouse donuts.  That kid!  He makes me laugh.

We still had a few things on our wishlist so after our meeting we headed back to the markets.

Street food!

Look at me with my lemonade.  Street pineapple and lemonade.  I'm so adventerous. ;)

Ok, now this is a toilet! ;)

I have been wanting to see this show since we started planning for this trip, oh...two years ago. :)  Nanta is the longest running show here in Korea.  It is similar to Stomp but it takes place in a kitchen.  It was really fun!  I was just exhausted watching the performers...they had no intermission and a show like that would take such a huge amount of energy.
We may not be famous in the U.S. but we are kind of a big deal here in Korea.  We both got pulled up on stage at different times during the show.  I so did not want to be an audience volunteer.  I avoided eye contact on purpose when the guy walked by and thought I was in the clear when he passed.  But, then he came back down the aisle and grabbed me.  He did the same thing to hubby.  Walked past and then chose him on the way back.  I was up there eating soup and hubby was pounding out a rythm and running around stacking pans of food in a tower.  He definitely had more work to do than I did.  It made for a great memory and really fun that we both went up.  They gave us a little souvenior photo that they took of each of us while we were on stage.

After the show we went to E-mart.  Which is like super walmart on steroids.  It is crazy!!!  They even have lockers to store your stuff because you could seriously spend all day in there.  We went to the grocery section and picked up a few things we hope our lil' peanut will like.

We are off now to the agency.  Next time I post we will have our son with us!!!
