Birthday Belated

C has been 3 now for over a month.  But, I thought I'd revisit his birthday and post a few highlights...

Having brunch with family at FirstWatch

Now don't think I'm just a big show-off.  For weeks leading up to his party we heard this from C, "No, no my friends not eat my Thomas cake!"  Uh-oh.  Would all our party guests witness C in all his toddler-tantrum glory?  No!  We would adapt and overcome!  Solution: each child gets their own train car.  C helped pick the color for each of them and decided he wanted to have the green caboose.  C happily ate his caboose outside totally unaware that I was slicing Thomas to pieces in the kitchen.  All was well.
